Yes. We agree a fixed price in advance based on the destination, so you know the amount before the ride. We also monitor arrival and departure times.
What vehicles do you use for long-distance rides?
Two hybrid Toyotas – the Camry (comfortable sedan) and the RAV4 (spacious SUV with a large trunk). Both are economical and comfortable even on long routes.
Do you also pick up at the airport and drive to Zvolen or Banská Bystrica?
Yes. The ride from the airport costs the same fixed price per car as the ride to the airport: Vienna 250 €, Bratislava 195 €, Budapest 170 €.

In the arrivals hall, holding a sign with your name. Send us a WhatsApp message once you have landed.
What if my flight is delayed?
We follow your flight. 30 minutes of waiting are included in the price; after that, waiting costs 20 € per hour.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, cancellation is free of charge up to 24 hours before the ride.
Do you provide child car seats?
No, we do not have child car seats. You are welcome to bring your own.
